Board nominations will begin March 21 - April 4, 2026. If you are interested in a position, please email elections.lakeshadows@yahoo.com to be nominated. Current positions up for election are Vice President, Treasurer, Deed Restrictions, Social Committee Chairperson & Director at Large.

Annual Meeting will be held on April 18, 2026 , 1PM @ park. This is a potluck lunch beginning at noon. Bring a side dish or dessert of your choosing.

​Boat Ramp applications must be filled out each year. They are located under the Forms area.

• Maintenance Fees (HOA Dues) are mailed out each December and are due by January 1st of each year. Your mortgage company does not send this to us. If you want your invoice email please contact the bookkeeper to get yours on file. Questions regarding your account please email lakeshadowsbookkeeper@gmail.com  

• A template letter is now available on our website to send to Commissioner Ramsey. This letter is aimed at raising awareness about the upcoming traffic congestion on Foley Road due to the new developments in the area. Increased congestion could significantly hinder emergency services to and from our community.
